
Return and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our Spot Color Eyewear Guarantee allows you to return it for a refund or exchange for up to 60 days after your purchase date.
If you would like to exchange your item for another, please email help@stg.spotcoloreyewear.com so that we can reserve your selection until we receive your return. All U.S. exchanges are mailed from our warehouse via USPS First Class mail at no cost to you. Non-U.S. orders will incur applicable shipping charges. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded to your original form of payment.
All returns must be in like new condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Note: International customers wishing to initiate a return or exchange will be responsible for all return shipping costs as we are unable to offer international return labels.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders Monday through Friday via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders placed before 3:00pm Central Time (CT) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm CT will ship the following business day. If we are unable to ship an order immediately, we will contact you by email, so keep an eye on your inbox. Please note that shipping lead times for all services are quoted in business days – Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days and do not count toward the number of days quoted for arrival.
For domestic orders, we offer several shipping options, depending on the product you ordered and the total cost:
3-Day Shipping – Free
2-Day Shipping – $10.00
Overnight Shipping – $15.00
For international orders, we offer options with FedEx and USPS. Import duties and taxes are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more thrilling details!
